Hello! My name is Deshae but you can call me Shae! I believe that every individual has the potential for growth and healing, and I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I approach counseling with empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude, allowing my clients to feel heard and understood. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to facilitate positive change and am honored to be able to accompany my clients on their journey towards healing and self-discovery.
I have completed training in Complex PTSD and EMDR to provide trauma-informed care at any life stage. I am passionate about understanding ADHD and related struggles. I’m committed to fostering resilience and promoting mental well-being for all.
