In my practice, I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Many come in feeling worn down—tired of constant worry, low moods, or the same arguments that never seem to get resolved. My goal is to provide a steady, supportive space where we can sort through what’s been happening and find practical ways to move toward relief and steadier ground.
Depth-oriented psychotherapy is designed to assist patients in discovering, revealing, and resolving subtle or “deeper” insecurities that underlie difficulties in relating to self and others. As unproductive patterns, and the psychological substructure beneath them are revealed, a variety of alternatives readily present themselves.
So many people that I talk to initially feel that they are the “only one(s)” to have ever experienced anxiety, depression, or difficulties in their relationships. You are not the only one to experience these difficulties, and you are welcome in my practice.
